It seems that everyone is on the prowl, making sure app developers provide clear, organized privacy policies to their potential and current customers.
That’s because the privacy of so many app users continues to be compromised.
The FTC is completing reports on the subject. The California Attorney General is suing companies that aren’t in compliance – including big entities like Delta Airlines. Even Google and Apple are making privacy policies mandatory – threatening to first suspend and then terminate developer accounts that fail to provide privacy policies to their app users.
